Ben Chadwick

I am Ben Chadwick, an information management professional originally from Brisbane, Australia, but currently in Melbourne.

I completed by PhD in Psychology at the University of Queensland in 2006, and my Grad Dip Information Management at RMIT in 2012. I currently work for Education Services Australia as manager of Schools Catalogue Information Service (SCIS), and am completing a Masters in Internet and Web Computing at RMIT. My previous role at ESA was on the Schools Online Thesaurus (ScOT), with Les Kneebone.

You can read more about me on LinkedIn or my blog. Or you can have a look at my resume.

I developed this website both as a means of practicing and developing my web programming skills, and to organise and make available some of the documents I have worked on over the years.

The site is entirely my own work - there is no content management system involved. Just pure HTML, CSS, PHP, and Javascript, hand-coded in Notepad++. The document records themselves are stored in XML with the dcTerms namespace.
